William Medendorp, PhD
Principal Investigator
William Medendorp, PhD is the owner of REA Analytics and serves as Principal Investigator there. William has provided evaluation and analysis for nearly 40 funded projects, including 25 multi-year Federal Grants. William has served as lead analyst for the agency for over 8 years and leads the agency in grant writing, project monitoring, measurement development, database construction, data management, analysis, and report production.
William has extensive experience tracking populations struggling with substance use and/or mental illness with projects in community-based treatments for chronic mental illness, substance use treatment, Drug Courts, and Prisoner Reentry. These projects have provided experience conducting time-series analysis, quasi-experimental comparison group construction and analysis, and dose analysis. William graduated with a degree in psychology from Calvin College and recently completed his PhD in neuroscience at Central Michigan University with a focus on developmental risk factors for psychiatric disease.
Militia Wilder
Militia Wilder is a Business Analyst with over nine years of experience supporting organizational growth through data-informed analysis, stakeholder engagement, and clear communication. Her work focuses on translating business needs into actionable insights that improve decision-making, performance, and outcomes.
At REA Analytics, Militia applies business analysis best practices to support planning, process improvement, and client engagement across nonprofit, public-sector, and small business environments. She is skilled in requirements analysis, performance measurement, and presenting complex information in practical, accessible ways.
Her professional portfolio includes leading the “Be Bright, Recycle Right!” campaign for Trans-Jordan Cities, contributing to the Earthquake Plan for Salt Lake City, and drafting the Nurses Week Proclamation signed by the Governor of Utah.
Militia holds a bachelor’s degree in Public Relations from Weber State University and is a Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP®).
Communications Manager
Jon Adams
Jon Adams serves as a data analyst at REA Analytics. He has a bachelor’s degree and several years of experience working with data analysis and data management, as well as experience in the field of graphic design.
As a data analyst, Jon collects, interprets, and disseminates data. He manages REA Analytics’ data entry, monitors programs’ goals and objectives by creating visualizations using Tableau dashboards, and helps partners ensure their programs remain on track for success.
